SINFUL BISCUITS
Eat salads for lunch, put skim milk on your cereal, broil instead of fry—but down our way, there’s one thing not to be messed with. Biscuits!! If you’re going to enjoy them, make sure you do. With just 3 ingredients, and 2 falling into the ‘sinful’ category, this recipe checks all the boxes—easy, quick and delicious. Might as well serve them warm with butter and honey.
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup butter, softened
Mix the butter and sour cream together until well combined. Add the flour and continue mixing—batter will be sticky. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spoon batter onto paper, to make 6-7 drop biscuits. Brush biscuits with a little melted butter. Bake at 400’ for 20-23 minutes—biscuits will be light brown on top when done.
