Nutella Brownies
Just when you thought making a quick dessert couldn’t get any easier—along come Nutella Brownies. 4-5 ingredients, 5 minutes of prep, and ready in about 45 minutes. Get really adventurous and serve them with Sweet Sapphire finger grapes.
• 1 ¼ cup Nutella (a small jar)
• ½ cup almond flour (store bought, or finely ground toasted almonds)
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp Kosher salt
• For an even deeper chocolate flavor, add 2 tblsp cocoa powder
Put all ingredients in one bowl. (Nutella can be left in pan of hot water for 15 minutes for easier handling) Stir well until the batter is smooth. Thoroughly butter a 9” X 9” baking pan. Smooth batter into the pan. Pre-heat oven to 350’ and bake for 15-20 minutes. Knife or toothpick should come out clean from the center of the pan when brownies are done. Cool for 20 minutes or so—cut and remove from pan.
